Need help on getting rid of spyware.

My pc is a bit slower than before, here is my HJT log if someone can help me to delete some of the bad spyware in my system, thnx.

this is suspicious, know what it is? if not it could be part of your problem.

(slave.exe description): A remote administration tool named Remote-Anything, which allows a computer to be controlled from another computer.
This process runs on the client's computer (the one which is being controled).
The Backdoor.Win32.RA-based trojan also uses this file name, thus you should worry if you are not using the remote administration tool or if the process has a strange behavior.

also download and run Spybot search and destroy, and Ewido.

both are good at finding and removing spyware.
