need help removing cdmservice

need help reading hijackthis log to remove cdmservice

I have used spybot and keep getting a cmdservice problem errors. The spybot is only able to remove 1 or 2 or the occurences.

I have pasted here the hijackthis log from my pc if anyone can help.
