need help wid da geforce fx 5200 card

i play this game called guild wars n whilst playing..say after about 15 to 20 mins all the terrain bakground etc etc start flashing real bad.when i quit the game after dat da display settings also get changed sumtimes(it bcomes 4 bit).i reported this problem to a gm of the game.he told me to update the drivers.but i dont kno how since im biggest noob on da face of dis earth.if sum1 cud elxplain to me how i can do it,id appreciate dat.thanks.
p.s.-i am noober dan ur average noob...sorry...will learn fast.also try explain in da simplest possible language(minimum use of techincal terms,u may use em but tell me wat it means)sorry again

First, where it says start here, click on graphics driver, then click on geforce and tnt2, and finally your os.
