Need help with downloader - ev (i think)

Hi y'all
Another computer in my office (he uses aol and i can't stop him. free mcafee virus protection with aol) is infected with the downloader-ev. the mcafee finds downloader-ev virus on startup every time. it says it cleans it but it comes back every time. The location of the bad file is content.IE5\APFSHWJi\!update-4295[1].0000

I have tried an ATF cleaner but it did nothing, as did spybot and adware.

Wondering what to do?

Your system is badly infected with a variety of nasties.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
