Need help with HJT diagnosis

When I retrieve mail using Outlook 2000 there is a long delay before I recieve the first message (ie 30-60 sec).

Also I've noticed a slight slowdown of internet access speed and occasional spikes of network and cpu activity (ie 100%) when no user applications are running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all get rid of norton anti virus and firewall, there bloat ware

get avg and zone alarm insted

After you fowlow those instructions, turn off system restore, boot in fafe mode and

fix the fowling enetires
