Need help with HJT log please

New to this program so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel, and uninstall anything to do with(if there)

C:\Program Files\Security Toolbar
C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert
C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike

Close control panel.

Open your task manager by pressing the ctrl/alt/delete keys together.
Click on the processes tab, and end process for(if there)

mssearchnet.exe
nvctrl.exe
AdwareAlert.Exe
SpywareStrike.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open, and let HJT fix the following by putting a tick in the little box next to(if there)

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.comcast.net/chsi.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.dell4me.com/myway

O2 - BHO: HomepageBHO - {4da4616d-7e6e-4fd9-a2d5-b6c535733e22} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hpC805.tmp

O3 - Toolbar: SecurityToolbar - {736b5468-bdad-41be-92d0-22ae2ddf7bcb} - C:\Program Files\Security Toolbar\Security Toolbar.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdwareAlert] C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert\AdwareAlert.Exe -boot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpywareStrike] C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike\SpywareStrike.exe /h

Now click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Delete the following bold files(if there)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mssearchnet.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvctrl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hpC805.tmp
C:\Program Files\Security Toolbar\Security Toolbar.dll
C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert\AdwareAlert.Exe -boot
C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike\SpywareStrike.exe /h


Boot into normal mode, and turn system restore back on.
