And the final thing is that I think I have an infected ext hard drive (which I havent connected since all of your instruction). Unlike any other drive I have it automatically ends up with system volume information, Recycler hidden folders on it every time I connect it an drops about 10 mountpoint2 entries that I delete some of which look like [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MountPoints2\{RANDOM CLSID}\shell\Autoplay\DropTarget] and I know system volume information, Recycler folders are normal and mostly good but dont know why`d they write a restore point folder when I had all system restore options disabled and deleted and in my cp system protection although I have nothing connected the is a third option/drive to turn system restore on or off in.. pic below

and these are my final concerns. Thanks again for your patience..

I'm not really a network guy and I simply don't have enough time to take on networking subject so it'd be better if you create new topic in appropriate forum.

As for external drive...
Install Panda USB Vaccine, or No Autorun, or BitDefender’s USB Immunizer on your computer to protect it from any infected USB device.
Now you're safe to hook the drive up and scan it with your AV program.

Good luck and stay safe :)
