I assume you want to install Windows 2000/XP....
In the BIOS setup you may be able to set the SATA (AHCI) controller to IDE/legacy/compatibility mode so WIndows will recognise it as a normal IDE controler. No floppy needed.
Another option would be to make a custom Windows install CD with SATA drivers slipstreamed. SInce you are asking the question, this may be a bit difficult for you.
