what exactly are your symptoms/problems?

i havent fully checked it all out yet, but this looks like a problem

C:\WINDOWS\sysldr32.exe

as is this

winstall.exe, spysherif i think, ill check it out and post more info for ya.

read the above link, and do what it says,

do you have a lexmark printer?

if you dont, delete these two files, if you do, just delete z14.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\z11.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\z14.exe
