Need help with USB adapter

I need to set up my USB Adapter to connect to my dads.

This link shows a example how to set up your adapter,the thing is,how do I find my adapter on the website,I heard typing the serial number on web search should open it but it doesnt work,anyone know how to do this?

Why don't you instead search for the Model number of the device that you are using? They seem to have a spec sheet for their various models on that website. Also note that you may have to go to your ISP for more information about setting it up to work with them as this manufacturer only sells through ISP's and each ISP-based set up may be different.
