need help with virus/spyware/malware

computer been acting really funny
will not let me go to certain websites (mcafee, other antivirus sites)
i ran ashampoo antivirus but it won't even scan
and i tried trend micro housecall it doesn't scan just stays at preparing

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
