Need motherboard recommendation

I'm having some troubles finding the right motherboard for what I want. My case will hold SSI, Extended ATX, ATX, Micro ATX. I will be using dual Intel Xeon E5345 quad-core processors (Socket 771) and I'll be running 3-4 monitors. I'm not real clear on this PCI-Express stuff, but I believe I need a motherboard with at least 2 PCI-E x16 slots (which I haven't been able to find) to accommodate 2 graphics cards which I haven't picked out yet as again I'm not real clear on that part. Need anymore info or have any recommendations? Thanks

first, how many sticks of Ram do you have? How intense are your applications? do you need DX 10 or 9? How MUCH memory and are you going to make upgrades? DDR 2 memory, right? DVI or VGA monitors?
