I have a problem turning on my computer. Ok, it turns on fine, but I have to press f1 everytime at the startup screen. It says: "Now system is in safe mode, please re-setting CPU frequency in CMOS setup. Press F1 to continue."

I didn't touch the cmos, but i've cleared it several times to try and fix this. I found this goes away after using only 2 sticks of ram. Once I use all 4 of my ddr400 512 mb sticks, it starts coming up. I know I stuck them in the correct Dimms, so I don't know why it does this. Memtest86+ detected no problems. I've tried re-setting the settings in the bios, clearing cmos, reformatting, and reseating the ram sticks but none helped.

I've updated all my drivers but didn't upgrade bios because I don't have a floppy, and I don't think it'll help anyways.
