need system backup cd to finish win98 setup

very much a newbie! Just tried to install win98se on second computer. Now it's asking for the operating system backup cd! I don't have one! All I have is the win98 cd. What to do? I can't get anywhere cause it keeps asking me for it even when i hit esc.! headache! BIG TIME!!!!!!!!

Is the Win98 cd the original or is it a copy you made?
