Need to find drivers

Recently wiped the hard drive completely, just put XP back on it, but I have no sound, I can't connect to my wireless (even after installing the wireless adapter program), i need a driver for my media control keyboard. any help i appreciate. I have a HP pavilion a1020n desktop computer and I looked on HP and i couldnt find the drivers.
