Need to set owner tag and asset tag on dell d610

can anyone tell me how to set my owner tag and asset tag on my dell latitude d610?

Dell makes available to enterprise IT departments a little utility for this. You put it on a bootable floppy and run the utility from the DOS cammand line to set these fields. It might be on the driver CD/DVD. If not, search Dell's website or contact their support.
