Need to turn off TV-out function

I have a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 and my tv-out function is turned on (I don't know how, I think maybe because I have a video iPod that I connect to my PC? But I have viewed DVDs prior to tonight and after I got my iPod... so I'm not completely sure) and I don't know how to turn it back off. It is disabling me from viewing DVDs because Windows Media says that it is "Error 0xC00D1167: A problem occurred with copyright protection."

I'm not sure you'll solve your WMP problem by turning off tv-out. But if want to do it, simply change your display option to 'single' display (not clone, dual or any other).
