net framework3 stops me accessing my router browser?

help!! I cant acces my router web browser from two seperate computers any more. Both are on automatic updates. I read on a search that it is net framework3 and other people have problems too. Apparently uninstalling it will make it work but however this is not the way forward. I have a belkin wireless router - can anyone help. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

MS .Net Framework/* is not a required component, so just to to Add/Delete
and deep-6 Framework3

which is more precious; network connectivity or some bogus management library?
