net send command

"net send" command doesnt work at Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (korean version)... can any one help me?? :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
Did you just upgrade to SP2?

Check Windows firewall. Also check to see if Messenger service has been disabled by default (hopefully).
