NETWORKING ISSUES NEED HELP ON MAJOR 3Com EtherLink 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Manage

Ok, so I have a 3Com EtherLink 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Management NIC (3C905C-TX) and I recently had the disconnecting reconnecting error. Fixed that by resseting the router. Ok, now a problem that has come back from the past to haunt me has arrived. My dl rate has gone from regular around 300-400kbs to a whopping 50 max. Now I am no newbie to computers and have asked people online about it. No I'm not calling technical support lines or that stuff, also I did fix it on this site once in the advanced portion of the router but I dont have the site anymore. Sux to be me huh?
