1) you have an old version of HJT!
2) you did not put it in its OWN directory away from Temp and Desktop!
Boot in Safe Mode
Switch System restore OFF
Press ctrl/alt/del and in Taskmanager try to STOP:
WINRAR32.EXE
Next, run HJT on its own and 'fix':
C:\WINDOWS\system32\WINRAR32.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Winrar Compression Utility] WINRAR32.EXE
O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Winrar Compression Utility] WINRAR32.EXE
Now delete WINRAR32.EXE
Boot normal. If all OK, put System Restore back on.
