New DVD burner not working

I installed 2 DVD Burners, neither one worked. I decided to start over, and installed just one new DVD burner. When a CD or DVD is put in, all it does is spin, same as before. I can't do anything with the computer as long as the disc is in. Any suggestions???

Make sure they are:

Secondary Master DVD Burner #1 (Master)
Secondary Slave DVD Burner #2 (Slave)
don't use CS stuff on neither. Make sure you have enough PSU power.

Maker sure the ribbon is setup correctly too? ]ide2[--------------[secondary slave]---------[secondary master]

By chance who makes your burners? You should be able to pop out that disc using a paper clip just and fold one and stick it into the tiny hole on the front of the burner for the PC.
