    do a search at
I would not buy low end boards
after you have found a few you like do another search(google)
    for reviews of MB
there are a few others that sell at fair pricesmbut I have found newegg to be faster on shipping and the shipping is low
they run specials all the time, to be fair, heres a few

    just another suggestion

Also you might want to do the search the other way around, search for all mobos that are compatible with your CPU and socket and then possible upgrades like AGPX8 (video card interface) or even PCI-Express.

For a system like yours, I think this board seems pretty nice.
You will basically have to reinstall windows, which will erase everything.
I couldn't find your exact model anywhere, at least reasonably priced, but the one I linked to should work, it's fairly full featured.
