I ordered a new pc last week and when i built it together everything plugged in and seemed ok but when u plug the atx12v power (the one with 4 holes) my computer turns on for 2-3 seconds then shuts off but when i unplugg the atx12v power my computer runs but no bios or lights show up on the mobo or screen.
