New Poly Win32

I have just purchased a second hand PC. I have removed a lot of rubbish including loads of viruses. However I have two "virus's" that fail to be removed by my virus program (Mcafee). I have two entries that continually keep appearing on the screen. C:\WINDOWS\ipwd.exe and New Poly Win32. I am at a loss on how to get rid of these stubborn little blighters. Can anyone help?

Then see. How to post your Hijackthis log-file as an ATTACHMENT.

Only post a HJT log, after doing the above.
