Now my quad core is coming in tuesday, should i put in my quad?or will this be a problem with my 550 watt psu?i ordered a new psu

Apevia / Iceberg / 680-Watt..just want to know cause i want to try out my quad asap but don't want to put it in if the psu is going to be a problem

Aspire PSUs are not that great so I wouldn't buy another one from them. In any case, the 550W one won't be enough. I'd recommend a 600-700W FSP or PC Power & Cooling PSU instead.

well it worked great for me my current psu is a aspire and i have had it 2 plus years and on my current system
