No audio when playing DVD

DVD plays in Cyberlink PowerDVD, RealPlayer, but no audio output.
VCD can play in Windows Media Player and have audio, but not with the DVD. What's wrong? need your help..tnx.

Does the DVD have audio anyways? Maybe its missing some audio files... Check it in a dvd player to check.
