no commentary in fifa 2002 pc game

I seem to have a problem in fifa 2002 pc game I dont seem to get any play by play commentary when playing matches I have set the commentary option in the options and the only commentary i get is at the start when they anounce the teams and thats no play by play when im playing the game can anyone help is there a file i can download from the internet anywhere.
