I was having trouble with this problem. I tried to open up my computer to check on the status of the pc but it wouldn't open. the hour glass would come on and then It would just blank out the task bar and the desktop items ( It Blinked)while the desktop background was still there. Then all this stuff would come back on screen and i tried to go into control panel and the hour glass opened up and the same thing. So i was unable to open up any programs in windows. Although i did open the task manager and the processes seemed to be running fine. Well i am unable to figure out this problem alone. So i'd appreciate any body that can help me troubleshoot.
