NO Signal Cable message on monitor

Hi guys
When I turn on my PC I got that message on my monitor ( NO signal Cable ), I hear 4 beeps, I can press Ctrl, ALt, DEL I got response on keyboard, but still the same MSG on the Monitor, pls help, Is it the VGA Card???, BIOS,???

First of all, STOP double posting, or we wont answer your question...
Second... check on the back of the computer and reconnect the monitor cable and try again... if it didnt work, after 4 beeps... it must be serviced or you can open up the PC and reseat the VGA.
