I have no sound and no icon in system tray
My OS is Win2000 pro

Mother Board....... Dell Optiplex GX 260
Audio Adapter ...... Intel 82801DBICH4 - AC'97 Audio Controller A-1

Chipset.........Intel Brookdale G i845G

Device Manager Shows yellow "!" next to

1. USB Audio Device
2. Soundmax Integrated Digital Audio

Need assistance in locating audio drivers
