Non Formatable Data

Hi Everyone,

Can u guys help with something i am experimenting?!!

i wish to retain a data file even after formatting the hard disk with f- disk or any other known tool.post formatting the data should be available regardless of the os type loaded.

Is it possible... has anyone tried this,

gimmee a way plz..

you reformat, it's as good as gone. if only the partition is deleted then you have hope...
