Non Working Task Manager

Hey there, im new on this forums... I dont know how do you work ETc... I saw in previous post the tposting of all the process te computer is runing... Well I got a problem.. When I try to opne the Task Manager it says that the admin has deactivated it for me.. but Im the administrator!! an there is no other account... (PLIZ FORGETH MI ENGLISH BECAUSE IT SUCKS) I had some virus fights.. and thats the only thing i couldn't repare....

PLiz Help! tellme what to do!
