Norton AntiVirus auto scan on reboot

Hello,
I am new to this forum, and hope my issues are posted in the right place.

My laptop was recently infected with the DMVLite.
The people at windowsbbs forum had provided me with great help to remove it.
However, I still have 2 problems, most likely as a result of DMVLite.
Norton AntiVirus (Corporate Edition 7.6) starts scaning the computer automatically, each and every time, I reboot the computer.
I looked for any settings in the program, and cannot find any to prevent it.
I believe it is in the registry...
Can any one help me to resolve it?

The second problem is a subfolder in the Recycler Folder,
(S-1-5-21-944543212-2373015327-2664927207-1006) which was identified as infected by RAV scan, and I cannot delete it.
Can anyone advice me as to how it can be deleted?
(I tried to delete it in safe mode too)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try DrDelete from http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,7374516~root=sware~mode=flat
to get rid of that S-1-5... file.
You may need to change Readonly/System/Hidden attributes. Rightclick that file, select Properties and change as required.

In Regedit, do a Find for Runonce (there are 2 of them). Above them is the Run key. In there you will most likely find this NAV, with a parameter. Do a Google with the found key, you will probably be able to either change or remove it.
