Norton ghost 10 error code 1024

  1. Title pretty much explains it all.

    I have norton ghost 10. It installs fine, I get the "install completed successfully" screen, but when I go to run it I get an error "Program has experienced an internal error, code 1024". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program several times as per the given suggestion to no avail. Could my media be corrupt? I am installing from a burned CD. (I have the original back home).

    Is there any way I can get this to work?

    That is Norton Ghost 10 for 2006.
    You need a more recent version, at least 12
