Norton Internet Security/stock ticker

I just got this, the 2004 version and I can't use my ameritrade.com stock ticker without disabling Norton internet security. I went to the knowledge base at Norton and did what it said there, i allowed ads, pop ups, change the security level, nothing works, yet when I disable it, it works fine, can some one offer any ideas on how to make this work?

i dont have norton, but i think you will have to manually allow all traffic from ameritrade.com, however you do that in norton. there should be an exception list under your firewall settings.
