Oblivion Help

i installed Oblivion and it trys to bring the game to full screen then gives me a windows error as shown below

my specs
Windows XP on a Compaq Presario c300
512 ram 1.86GHz Centrino not sure of the video card

Note that the Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 runs @ 1.86GHz, so ask for more information before commenting.

Also, have you tried reinstalling it?
