Odd sound problems

I have a wierd problem where when i play music on windows media player (mp3) ive done everything from take out the CPU to reinstall drivers.. and sometimes it is kinda slo-mo i dont know

well, when i play a sound file (usually MP3) it sounds distorted and sometimes slow-mo this happens on Winamp and Windows Media Player but not on Shareaza (shareware thingie). any tips? (shareaza isnt good enough

shareaza does distort a bit but not as much as winamp or Windows Media Player
