When I switch on my PC I only get the wallpaper on screen, no Desktop Icons and no Start panel. If I press Ctrl,Alt & Del I get a Task box but if I try to open anything after a few seconds that programme flashes on and then disappears. Can anyone help please. This message is being sent on my laptop.
