I have installed a RADEON 9250 video card a week or so ago. Using with a Q19wb Qptiquest flatscreen monitor. Today, when booting up I got a short message on the screen "Out of Frequency" and the screen goes black. When rebooting, I still get "Out of Frequency" and am unable to use or contro the computer without a monitor.
What does "Out of Frequency" mean and how can I correct it to restore the monitor and hence the computer sytem?
