Outlook 2003 keeps trying to run startup Wizard

I am running XP. Recently, Outlook 2003 Wizard continually pops up. As soon as I hit cancel, it pops up again.

I use Avast as my Virus scan and Spyware doctor for alternate security.

Can anyone help me? I would very much appreciate it and I'm not very computer literate so if you post to me like I'm an *****, that would help.
