My P4 Machine has been having trouble booting up and after clearing the startup files and the services that get started at bootup I decided to try something else and I disabled the L1 and L2 caches on the BIOS and rebooted. It booted in no time and still had access to the RAID drives. If I enable the caches, then there will be a long time between the Windows XP screen and the logon screen.

I use Highpoint Disk Management software v. 2.341 unsigned driver. Could someone tell me how to fix this problem? I want the computer to start with all the caches enabled at a reasonable speed, meaning about 1 minute or 1.5 minutes from power on to desktop while being able to have access to my RAID drives.

My specifications for this computer are as follows:
Soyo Mobo PX400Ultra
Pentium 4 1.70 Mhz
1 Gig of Xorsair Value Select Memory at 2.5 cas
Zenith Data systems CRT monitor
560 Watts Thermaltake Power supply
GEforce MX400 video card
Primary IDE is c: 57 gigabytes HDD
Secondary IDE Lite-On DVD RW drive
Terciary IDE: RAID 0 array containing 2 60 Gigs HDDs configured as G:
Logitech wired keyboard and mouse PS2 style
USB devices and LAN have been disabled in the BIOS
