Ok, I just signed up like 5 minutes ago. I was getting a little fustrated because I couldn't find the "exact" problem on the internet anywhere yet so I figured this would be the best thing for now.
I saw in a previous thread the exact same problem that is happening on the computer at my work:

The very last post where the dude is talking about windows creating a temp file for page filing and then when he goes to change it it doesn't stay. The computer at my work is stuck at 0. Not even 20 as the guy in the thread explains. Would really appreciate any help you guys could provide.
