Pata and Sata dual boot issues

i have one sata raid 1 array and one pata 80gb drive (in bios boot priority as SCSI)
i have winxp pro on the raid 1 array and win2k on the 80gb drive (in bios boot priority as HD0)

both operating systems boot.ini files are:

winxp:

my problem is that i want to boot to winxp 95% if the time.. i can just go into the bios and change the boot priority but that is a pain.
what advice can i get on settings for the boot.ini file so that i can boot to either drive/os from and have it set to boot from the raid 1 array??
