Hi I am new to this forum and not very computer literate but follow directions well. I have a Dell desktop using Windows XP, a laptop, use Internet Explorer, and a Linksys router and connected to Roadrunner. Everything has been working well for about a year. Suddenly, I cannot access the Internet on my pc, the main computer, although I can on the laptop. When I try to access on my pc, I get a message in the lower left hand corner saying Accessing site -- followed by a bunch of numbers. I tried calling Roadrunner tech but they couldn't help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
