Hi all, I've a two year old stock sony desktop pc that is rebooting regularly, particularly when launching programs. I've already tried several things to clear this up with no success. I've attached minidump files if anyone can help me out.

Updated drivers - no luck
Ran Memtest - no errors - no luck

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps crash at WCGBXP.sys. I can find no info for this driver. do you racognise it?

Without knowing what the WCGBXP.sys driver is for, it could be tricky.

Look in your device manager, and look at the driver details for all your devices. When you open your device manager, click on the view tab, and make sure show hidden devices is ticked.

Then, right click on each device, and select properties, and then driver details.

See if you can find WCGBXP.sys, and what it relates to.

Regards Howard :)
