PC crashes, tried everything I could without any luck

Hi to everybody,since this is my first post on this forum

I have been having problem lately.My computer tends to freeze(I can see the image of what I was working of but everything is still,and little red line appears at the top of the screen) and every time I have to manually restart it and then I get this error message:

BCCode : f4 BCP1 : 00000003 BCP2 : 8609DDA0 BCP3 : 8609DF14
BCP4 : 805D11F8 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

This has been happening regularly over past few months and I pretty much did everything written in "Before posting your minidumps, please read this" topic.

Let me mention that I reinstalled my OS few times during this problematic period and the problem has always reappeared.

I would really appreciate some insight on this one.

7 of the minidumps point to vsdatant.sys Zone Alarm file

The 2 others point to:
win32k.sys Windows file, possible faulting ZA service
RtkHDAud.sys Realtek(r) High Definition Audio Function Driver

Recommendation: Fully un-install Zone Alarm
