PC reboots during XP loading screen.

I just built a new PC, specs:

AMD Athlon64 3500+ (2.2 GHz) Socket AM2 Processor
Asus M2N-E - nForce 570 Ultra (Athlon64/X2/FX/Sempron) PCI-E Socket AM2
Antec TruePower 2.0 430W Power Supply
Sapphire Radeon X1600 Pro 256MB PCI-Express
Samsung 512MB PC2-5400 DDR2 DIMM - OEM

Now I've tried 2 HDs, one a Samsung IDE 80gig and a Maxtor IDE 40gig, but it keeps happening. I realize this motherboard only has one IDE controller, but I bought a PCI IDE Controller as well to help support the CD drives. But it's not booting up properly, despite every combination of the IDE plugins I tried.

All help is much appreciated.

Hi,im a new comer, can any body help, i have a dell cpx and its got locks in the bios, i can not get into the config password or the admin password, the service tag is: 17urt, bios version:a03, laptop model:h450gt. please can any one help, would be very greatful. paul333
