Hi,

One minidump is insufficient to determine the culprit. Attach more minidumps here. Windbg cannot access your minidump and this is the symptom of faulty ram. Run memtest to stress test the ram.

Hi,

System restart without blue screen and this is the symptom of faulty RAM or PSU. If it is software problem, windows recovery routine takes a dump and reboot.

Hi CPC2004

Thanks for your reply.
i have downloaded the memtest for the Memtest86.org. i also created the memtest boot floopy and tried to boot from the floppy for testing the ram but it doesn't boot from the floopy. how can i test the PSU(power supply unit).

Hi,
i had done BOIS setting for the system to boot from floppy but it does not boot.

i attach a new minidump generated.
