PC Wont Boot(never once has booted)

SYSTEM::

MOBO - Asus-A7S8X-MX
CPU - AMD Sempron 2400
Ram - 512M
Antec Case



First off
Tried to boot initialy and pc would restart. So to solve problem i put hard drive in other pc to install Windows. and thewn put hard drive into antec case and tried booting up, but it just stays at the windows boot menu, (safe mode,Normal, etc.)and then freezes, i have never been able to boot on this machine, Please Help
